STYL Residential is seeking a Resident Services Manager for The View at Shelby Farms in Memphis. This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, handling inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining a welcoming community.

You will lead on-site service efforts, support leasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies while collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; relevant property management experience valued.
• Minimum 2 years in multifamily property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Develop positive relationships and foster community.
• Address complaints promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and explaining terms.
• Plan and execute community events to boost resident engagement.
• Oversee on-site amenities, ensure cleanliness and safety.
