Job summary

STYL Residential in Cordova, TN is seeking a Service Technician II to manage day-to-day maintenance at The View at Shelby Farms. You will handle unit turns, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold the highest standard of resident service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of residential maintenance experience, renovation experience is a plus, and EPA Type I/II or CPO certifications are preferred. This role requires reliable on-site work, strong safety practices, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in residential communities required
• Renovation experience preferred
• EPA Type I/II certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Familiar with common maintenance tools and safety equipment

Responsibilities

• Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance
• Ensure that service requests are completed promptly and professionally
• Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances
• Maintain the premises and grounds in clean and orderly condition
• Monitor and perform make-ready duties on vacant units
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about issues at the property
• Assist with inventory, scheduling and vendor communications
• Use mobile device to dispatch and complete service requests
• Adhere to safety programs and policies
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
