Weekend availability is required and you will assist with pricing adjustments, marketing efforts, and compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, performance monitoring, and collaborative work with the Community Manager to deliver an outstanding

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations and resident experience.
• Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence.
• Maintain lease, rent roll, and resident records with accuracy.
• Assist with financial management, including rent collection and reporting.
• Track renewals, occupancy, and make-ready schedules.
