Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician to join Springs at Posner Park in Davenport, FL. You will address resident service needs, maintain operations, and report to the Service Supervisor. The role is full-time with hourly pay and incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more while keeping common areas clean and safe. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trade.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call shifts, and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and smartphones for work orders.
• Able to deliver excellent resident service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and more.
• Maintain property appearance and safety including grounds, painting, and trash removal.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage work orders and keep operations efficient.
• Provide exceptional resident experience and respond to service requests with a professional demeanor.
