Job summary

Continental Properties in Longmont, CO is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our residential team at Springs at Sandstone Ranch. You will deliver exceptional resident service, perform preventative and repair maintenance, and help keep the property safe and inviting.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general systems, coordinating with the Service Supervisor, and using mobile apps to track work orders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a related trade or field.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with using computers, tablets, and phones to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and maintain curb appeal and safety of the property.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related systems.
• Use software and mobile apps daily to track, manage, and complete work orders.
