Live Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Blue Agave Villas in Rio Rancho, NM to welcome prospective residents and coordinate tours, applications, and move-ins. You will handle leasing documentation, maintain resident files, and support occupancy goals with engaging community outreach.

Ideal candidates bring leasing or related experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leasing or related field experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
