Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join the Community management team. You will help prospective residents find their ideal home, conduct tours, process lease applications, and maintain positive relationships with residents.

You will greet prospects across multiple channels, explain terms and policies, coordinate move-ins, and support lease renewals. Weekend availability may be required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and apartment features.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, and community policies.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.
• Follow up with prospective residents to encourage lease signings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, leases, and resident information.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Respond to resident questions and assist with lease renewals.
• Work with the maintenance team to address resident concerns.
• Help organize resident events and promote community engagement.
• Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
