Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market available units, conduct property tours, process lease applications, prepare lease agreements, and help achieve occupancy goals.

You’ll greet residents in person, by phone, and online; coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, and maintenance requests; maintain files and support marketing through social media and outreach at the apartment community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities are expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
