Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is looking for a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements to ensure a positive resident experience and occupancy goals.

The role involves coordinating move-ins/outs, maintaining records, and supporting renewals, with a base salary plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software listed (Yardi/Entrata/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight amenities.
• Process lease applications and verify documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain terms.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Market the property via social media, outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
