Friedman Real Estate is seeking an energetic Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Tulsa, OK. You will manage paperwork, show apartments, process applications, and assist with leasing and rent collection, while maintaining positive resident relations.

Requirements include 2+ years in multi-family property management, experience with Yardi/CRM, a valid driver's license, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management
• Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at least basic; intermediate preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize paperwork
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects
• Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivables
