Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a residential property manager to join our Oklahoma City community. The candidate will serve as the face of the property, managing daily operations, resident relations, and coordinating with on-site staff and contractors.

Ideal applicants will have 2–3 years of residential property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
• Candidates must have property management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR and rent collections
• Interact with residents to address concerns and inquiries
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Oversee on-site contractors and facilities management
• Assist in marketing and leasing of apartments and renewals
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff
