Friedman Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations at a residential community. You will interact with residents, show apartments, process applications, and assist with leasing and rent collection tasks.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family property management, proficiency with Yardi and CRM, and solid MS Office skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize paperwork.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities.
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Carry out special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
