Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Surprise, AZ to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will coordinate with maintenance and marketing teams to maintain a welcoming community and achieve occupancy goals.

A focus on exceptional customer service and strong organizational skills is essential. We value experience in leasing or related fields, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, service requests, and concerns promptly.
• Support retention through exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high community appearance.
• Assist with marketing and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
