Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for The Club at Coldwater Springs in Avondale, AZ. You will greet prospective residents, show apartments, guide them through the leasing process, and process applications and renewals.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with MS Office and PM software like Yardi or ResMan. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to close leases and build rapport.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel).
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site PM software preferred.
• Basic math and financial understanding.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests in a timely manner.
• Support resident retention through exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
