You will greet, qualify, tour, sign leases, process paperwork, and maintain leasing data while supporting marketing plans and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close sales, including generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
