Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the community, helping prospective residents find homes, explain floor plans, and provide outstanding service. The role includes greeting visitors, closing sales, handling lease paperwork, and maintaining resident data with a proactive approach to events and community engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in leasing or a fast-paced sales/food/hospitality setting, a strong phone presence, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role.
• Experience planning resident events and creating social media and marketing content.
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain differences between unit options and layouts.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain knowledge of the property.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork including move-in keys.
• Enter information into the internal resident database.
• Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns.
• Know the property’s product and plan/participate in resident events.
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property.
