Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant to join the on-site property management team at Kentwood in Napa, CA. You’ll be the primary contact for current and prospective residents, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through tours and applications.

As a sales-focused customer service role, you’ll greet prospects, respond to inquiries, and help residents feel at home while promoting community amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine their needs, and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing efficient customer service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through activities and communications.
• Organize resident functions and address resident concerns.
• Ensure office and community areas are clean and assist with move-in processes.
• Facilitate move-in orientations and provide hospitality.
• Serve as liaison between residents, service teams, and management.
• Promote amenities and services, and manage inquiries.
• Complete lease and renewal paperwork.
• Update activity reports and resident records.
• Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies.
• Participate in training and ensure compliance.
