Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for Parcels at Concourse to coordinate on-site leasing activities and support the community team. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of available apartments, processing rental applications, greeting prospective residents, and assisting with renewals and resident retention.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, a high school diploma, and weekend availability; competitive salary and benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Customer Service or Previous Property Management experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities daily at the community.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available apartments and market.
• Process rental applications and lease packages.
• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Prepare weekly reports and activity reports.
• Assist in renewals and resident retention programs.
• Support manager with rent collection as needed.
