Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis seeks a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a property, lead leasing and marketing activities, conduct market analysis, manage resident relations, and budget preparation.

You will supervise on-site staff, ensure property maintenance, enforce lease policies, and report on performance. Strong budgeting, communication, and leadership skills required; travel and weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead the community staff in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred
• 3 years of property management and/or equivalent experience required
• Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of the day to day operation of assigned property.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities; market analysis and resident relations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets; monitor operating costs.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure maintenance needs are met.
• Ensure units are market ready and lease obligations are enforced.
• Promote safety and enforce policies; communicate with staff and residents.
• Provide reports as required and manage vendor contracts and projects.
• Handle rental collection and input invoices; travel for training/meetings.
