Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for Parcels at Concourse to coordinate leasing on-site and support management. You will greet prospective residents, process applications, and demonstrate models and amenities while contributing to renewal programs.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines are essential. Weekend availability is required; compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Customer service or property management experience preferred.
Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintain current knowledge of available apartments and market.
Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
Greet and assist prospective residents and demonstrate models and amenities.
Assist with renewal/retention programs and rent collection as needed.
Support on-site operations and leasing projects with Community Manager.
