Job summary

RichSmith Management in West Memphis, AR is seeking a dynamic, full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct property tours, handle lease negotiations, and coordinate move-ins and renewals with our Community Manager.

You should have strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and MS Office proficiency are preferred; overtime may be required.

Join our vibrant community in West Memphis, AR, where you'll be the welcoming face of our apartment complex! RichSmith Management is seeking a dynamic, full-time Leasing Consultant with prior experience preferred to join our team.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll work closely with our Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our property. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests, providing them with exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective residents, give property tours, and handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure all rental units are leased and strive for maximum occupancy and high renewal rates.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and residents.

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Availability to work most weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office tasks and MS Office software.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk the property, including stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
• Perform physical tasks such as delivering communications and showing apartments.
