Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Manager to coordinate leasing and reservations, lead the on-site team, and drive occupancy toward budgeted goals. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident experiences, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring accurate reporting on property performance.

The Living Manager will supervise leasing activities, train staff, and maintain brand standards while working on-site at the property. Strong communication and market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong communication and customer service focus in a busy community environment.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of Yardi CRM, Voyager, MS Office and key fob systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by demonstrating CS Living core values.
• Lead the leasing and occupancy efforts to meet budgeted goals.
• Partner with marketing to shape local strategies and campaigns.
• Proactively engage residents to improve service levels.
• Monitor and report on leasing activity, inventory, and market conditions.
• Oversee on-site inquiries, pricing, and concessions to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and lease renewals per policy.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company procedures.
