Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Industry software experience (YARDI, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting community features and differentiators.
• Communicate with potential residents through all steps to secure a lease.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express issues and help resolve them.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents and grow occupancy.
• Perform office tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident activities and events.
