Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX. The role coordinates all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals, while interacting directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.

You will generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records of traffic activity.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email and convert inquiries to tours.
