• Inspects apartments and coordinates readiness for move‑in.

• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses on‑site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects to convert leases and renewals.
