Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional living experiences across property marketing, leasing, and resident engagement. You will greet prospects, assist applicants and residents through applications, leases, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs, while maintaining outstanding service and upholding our Exceptional Living policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in customer service; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and communication abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all community inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Deliver high resident experience and satisfaction through positive interactions.
• Attract prospects through outreach and advertising using our selling features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Assist with renewals and move-in/move-out processes.
• Prepare properties for daily showings and conduct pre-inspections.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events and activities as required.
• Understand lease agreements and community policies to assist residents.
• Conduct market surveys to compare competition and advantages.
• Know the company software usage and policies.
