Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Minnesota to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service to applicants and residents. You will market the community, tour units, qualify prospects, and guide them through the leasing and application process.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, with daily use of property management software to maintain resident files and move-ins/move-outs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Address resident concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Market and advertise the community using multiple media.
• Tour and lease units, discuss terms and amenities with prospects.
• Enter prospect data into property management software.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Assist with applications and lease renewals.
• Maintain resident files and track move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate notices and communications with residents.
• Support Property Manager with admin tasks.
