The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support occupancy and resident satisfaction at our community by providing unparalleled service to applicants and residents, helping them find the perfect home. You will market the community, tour and lease units, handle applications, negotiate terms, and maintain resident files while upholding fair housing and safety standards.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and English fluency, with flexibility to work nights

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Address concerns of residents and applicants professionally.
• Market and advertise the community using various media.
• Present the community and amenities to prospects and identify needs.
• Tour and lease units, discuss terms and facilities with prospects.
• Enter prospect data into property management software.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Assist with application and lease renewal paperwork.
• Ensure timely follow-up with residents and prospects.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and market surveys.
• Prepare notices and community communications.
• Support Property Manager with administrative tasks.
• Refer applicants to other Goodman Group communities.
• Uphold Fair Housing regulations and OSHA safety policies.
