Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process rental applications.
• Screen applicants' credit and background, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use OnSite/Yardi to track availability and lease activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions.
