Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours, effectively highlighting the property's amenities, floor plans, and unique selling points.
• Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and ensure accurate and timely completion of lease agreements.
• Accurately input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Assist with rent collection, tracking delinquencies, and coordinating lease renewals.
