Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of sales/leasing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years administrative/management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong math and reporting skills; proficient in data entry.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff in the Community Manager's absence.
• Maintain occupancy, rental collections and rent revenue.
• Prepare resident ledgers and deposit accounting letters.
• Assist in marketing efforts and leasing activities.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and track service orders.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and company policies.
