American Campus Communities is seeking a proactive Marketing and Resident Experience Specialist for The 515 in Eugene, OR. This role blends marketing initiatives with leasing duties, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and managing room assignments to keep occupancy high.

You’ll drive engagement, plan events, and support social media and digital marketing while maintaining strong customer service and accurate leasing data across systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience reading and interpreting leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Social media experience preferred.
• Student housing industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and drive occupancy through marketing and leasing.
• Execute leasing process: appointments, tours, follow-up, move-ins.
• Give informative property tours on-site to prospects.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and move-out/move-in admin.
• Coordinate lease-up events and resident programs.
• Create engaging social media content per company standards.
• Audit websites and digital listings for accuracy and visuals.
• Provide reporting to supervisor and teams as needed.
• Coordinate room assignments and roommate matching where needed.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners.
• Stay updated on market trends and property performance.
