American Campus Communities is seeking a Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist for U Centre at Northgate in College Station, TX. You will balance leasing duties with strategic marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue, including tours, move-ins, and event coordination.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, social media content, and collaboration with the service team to maintain curb appeal and brand standards. An early-career professional with strong communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Social media experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and drive occupancy through marketing efforts and leasing execution.
• Execute the leasing process for prospective residents, including tours and follow-ups.
• Give informative property tours and close on-site prospects.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data in required systems; prepare move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Coordinate lease-up events, renewals, and resident programs.
• Create and post engaging social media content per company standards.
• Audit websites and digital channels for accuracy and visuals.
• Produce reporting for supervisor and teams for approval.
