Formación

• 2 years of leasing, marketing, or sales experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting leasing documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize revenue and occupancy through marketing, customer service, and leasing.
• Process leasing steps: appointments, tours, showrooms, follow-ups.
• Provide property tours and close tours by addressing objections.
• Maintain prospect data across systems and handle move-ins/move-outs.
• Coordinate lease-up events and resident programs.
• Create social media content per company standards.
• Audit websites and listings for accuracy.
• Generate and submit reporting for approvals.
• Coordinate room assignments and roommate matching.
• Build relationships with local businesses and university partners.
• Support maintenance teamwork for curb appeal.
• On-call rotation may apply.
