• Maximize revenue and occupancy through marketing, service, and leasing execution.
• Conduct appointments, tours, and follow-ups with prospects and residents.
• Deliver informative property tours and close tours to meet targets.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and complete move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Coordinate lease-up events, renewals, and resident programs.
• Create social content and manage digital marketing across channels.
