American Campus Communities is seeking a proactive Marketing and Resident Experience Specialist to maximize revenue through strategic marketing and leasing at Newtown Crossing in Lexington, KY. This role balances marketing initiatives with leasing responsibilities, including tours, move-ins, and student housing operations to maintain high occupancy.

You will create engaging social media content, coordinate events, and collaborate with the property management team to deliver an exceptional living

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Social media experience preferred
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business correspondence and leasing documents.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and drive occupancy through marketing efforts and leasing execution.
• Conduct property tours and coordinate move-ins; manage room assignments.
• Coordinate lease up events and resident programs.
• Audit property websites and digital listings for accuracy.
• Create social media content for approved channels.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data in required systems.
• Support office administration, including package management.
