Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing and front desk staff.
• Monitor leasing activity including advertising, calls, emails, walk-ins, and applications.
• Coordinate corporate marketing campaigns with the Property Manager and outside consultants.
• Manage lease renewal process.
• Oversee NTV and move-outs in Yardi and complete move-out transmittals within 15 days of move-out.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and complete records.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate service request follow-up for excellent customer service.
