Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Resident Specialist to lease apartments, renew leases, and complete recertifications while following the Compliance Guidebook. You will provide exceptional service to applicants, residents and vendors and maintain accurate information in Yardi.

The role requires strong communication, basic knowledge of tax credit programs, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years' related experience is preferred.
At least one year customer service experience required.
Communicate in English clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

Leasing, Lease Renewals, and Recertifications.
Follow the Trinity method of leasing and guest card process.
Demonstrate apartments and community per Trinity standards.
Maintain knowledge of inventory, competition and amenities to effectively lease.
Explain occupancy terms to new leases and enter prospect data in Yardi daily.
Follow up with prospects daily and record interactions in Yardi.
Aim for a shop score of 80 or higher and improve over time.
Process and submit new lease applications to Compliance within 3–5 days.
Process recertification files and submit to Compliance 30 days before due date.
