Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Associate for our Springs at Hurstbourne community in Louisville, KY. You will guide your success by reaching leasing goals and building relationships with residents, reporting to the Community Manager.

The role is full-time with pay $17.50–$20.00 per hour, plus incentives for performance. You’ll tour units, conduct tours for prospects, handle follow-ups, and contribute to a best-in-class resident experience daily.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a passion for resident satisfaction.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with courteous, professional interactions and tour-ready units.
• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in using tours, follow-ups, and marketing tactics.
• Support lease renewals, occupancy tracking, and compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
