Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate in Lexington, KY to guide residents from first contact to move-in and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will manage tours, follow-ups, and marketing efforts to hit occupancy goals while maintaining a pristine community.

This full-time role pays $17.00-$21.00 per hour with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. You will report to the Community Manager of the property and contribute to a customer-centric team

• Customer service and sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with property tours and on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience through courteous, professional interactions and a tour-ready, clean model.
• Lead leasing from first contact to move-in; conduct tours; follow up with prospects; coordinate marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage follow-ups, move-in inspections, lease renewals, and occupancy tracking while complying with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.

Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Associate to join our team at our beautiful Springs at Polo Club residential apartment community in Lexington, KY. You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the property.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time
• Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

Essential Responsibilities

Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units and maintaining a clean, inviting model and tour path daily

Driving Success Through Sales & Marketing

• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in. Being the leader on inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move-ins while leveraging creative marketing, advertising, resident events, and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals

Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations

• Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow-ups, conducting move-in inspections, and supporting lease renewals and occupancy tracking. All while maintaining full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulation

Skills For Success

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
• Can work a flexible schedule —including weekends, evenings, and holidays—because great service doesn't clock out at 5
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet— touring the community (for a period of up to 8 hours), climbing stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools like computers and phones throughout the day
