Arlington Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities in Collierville, TN. You will welcome prospects, tour properties, and drive the leasing process from application to move-in while maintaining resident files and supporting retention efforts.

The role includes marketing activities, competitive market analysis, and collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure show-ready units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and policies information.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention efforts.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach and marketing ideas.
• Prepare market surveys and analyze leasing trends.
• Collect applications and deposits; coordinate with maintenance for show-readiness.
