Job summary

Hillpointe seeks a Resident Experience Manager in Savannah to drive leasing activities, maximize occupancy, and deliver outstanding resident service. You will coordinate with marketing to attract prospects and use CRM/leasing software to track progress and follow-up with applicants.

You will engage with residents to ensure satisfaction, support renewal strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of property management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and communicate outcomes.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and social media to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Utilize CRM and leasing software to track follow up and applicant progress.
• Lead and support the guest service team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Engage with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and timely responses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions.
