Job summary

HH Red Stone Properties in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing for our resident-focused communities. You will conduct tours, qualify applicants, process lease paperwork, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes compliant leasing, collaboration with maintenance and vendors, and planning resident events. Prior experience in sales or customer service is welcomed, and property management experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply business regulations.
• 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours, qualify potential residents, and manage lease paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Address tenant concerns and assist with maintenance requests and lease-related inquiries.
• Plan and execute resident events to enhance community experience.
• Support marketing efforts and ensure property listings are up-to-date and aligned with brand.
• Complete leasing paperwork, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance including Fair Housing.
