Job summary

Yugo USA is hiring a Leasing Manager for our Gainesville community. You will oversee leasing, retention, and renewals, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and process leases. You’ll coordinate move-ins/outs and maintain records while leading the leasing team to hit occupancy goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in residential leasing, and experience with Entrata or similar software. Excellent customer service and Chicago? No—ignore; focus on local requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience at a property or university/college setting is preferred.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience required.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing, retention, and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and respond to prospect inquiries.
• Process applications, lease docs, and move-ins/outs accurately.
• Coordinate and conduct move-in orientations for residents.
• Lead leasing team and participate in weekly occupancy reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
