Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our on-site apartment community. You will manage all aspects of leasing, from tours to move-in, renewals, and lead generation while ensuring resident satisfaction and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate with maintenance and staff, maintain records, and support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt role with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; property experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and communicate property features to support leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a timely, professional manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease documents per policy and Fair Housing regulations.
