Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for a Denver multi-family community to lead leasing, supervise a small team, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance while ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in leasing management, strong financial skills, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor's preferred. MS Office and property management software proficiency is a plus; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with professionalism and positivity.
• Coach and develop the team.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications.
• Oversee leasing processes and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure curb appeal.
• Handle resident concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Report to the Asset Director and support client communications.
• Promote safety, compliance, and community engagement.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
