• Follow Fair Housing Laws and company rules.
• Support promotions and post on social media.
• Distribute or deliver marketing materials and assist with housing fairs.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, vacancies, pricing, and expirations.
• Complete market surveys and monitor area trends.
