McKinney Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Assistant for Meridian on College Ave to assist leasing, marketing, and resident services.

You will greet prospects, share floorplan and amenity information, collect leads, and guide applicants through the leasing process while upholding Fair Housing laws. The role also involves administrative tasks, social activities, and coordinating move-ins/outs, service requests, and resident communications.

• Able to represent the property on and off the job.
• Marketing or business classes may be helpful but are not required.

• Greet prospective residents and provide information on floorplans, availability, amenities.
• Obtain lead information and follow up procedures.
• Learn leasing process from application to lease signing.
• Understand Fair Housing Laws and company rules.
• Offer input regarding promotions and monitor social media.
• Assist with distribution or delivery of marketing materials and housing fairs.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, vacancies, leases, and square footage.
• Complete market surveys and analyze competitor marketing.
