You will manage rent collection, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure a top-notch resident experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years in Assistant Community Manager or multifamily management.
• Strong leasing knowledge and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with rent collection, renewals, and lease administration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi Voyager and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations alongside the Community Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Build resident relationships and promptly address concerns.
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and move-ins.
• Process renewals and drive resident retention.
• Collect and post rent, assist with delinquencies and notices.
• Maintain resident files, leases, and property records.
• Support property reporting and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed.
• Assist marketing, resident events, and community engagement.
• Maintain a professional leasing office and compliance with policies.
