Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect buildings and common areas for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Assist with upkeep of amenities, grounds, and shared spaces.
• Maintain tools and supplies and keep work areas organized.
• Provide courteous service when interacting with residents and coworkers.
• Collaborate with onsite team to uphold high community standards.
